In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation and Governor Baker’s recent news, we want to let everyone know that we are still open, but are making changes to ensure everyone’s safety.
We ask that all deliveries be placed over the phone, 508-949-1975, if you wish to see the product please refer to our website, www.brotematerials.com, or DRIVE around our lot. We will only be accepting card payments over the phone at this time.
For customers that need to pick up materials, please CALL AHEAD to set up a time/date to pick up your materials. Once here, remain in your vehicle and call the store to place your order. Once paid for, proceed to the desired material and the operator will load you. AGAIN ONLY CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Customers that wish to purchase pavers or retaining wall blocks or wish to discuss a job/project will need to make an appointment to meet with either Corey or Emma at the store. Once arriving for your appointment you will be let in the store to discuss what you are looking for. We ask that guidelines be upheld, such as social distancing, using sanitizer, and cancelling your appointment if you or someone in your household is sick. We also ask to limit the number of people coming to the appointment to only the essential person(s) involved.
You will not be let in the store without an appointment and the doors will remain locked. We also suspended tool rentals in order to decrease exposure risk.
Once again, we do this in order to not only keep our staff safe, but as well as you, our customer. We hope that you understand and continue to do business with us. We just want to keep our community safe and healthy.
